Notify healthcare providers that your scheduled trips may be delayed
Be patient with Ride to Care staff and drivers
Call Ride to Care about any trip issues, and let them know if your driver hasn’t arrived
Non-emergent medical transportation (NEMT) is part of the definition of healthcare settings. This is explained in OAR 333-019-1011, “Masking Requirements to Control COVID-19 in Health Care Settings”. Ride to Care still requires masks for members and drivers. This includes while riding in, entering, and exiting the vehicle.
